RETURNS AND EXCHANGE DETAILS:
We strive to create an excellent product and take pride in our customer service. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on PERSONALIZED or CUSTOM orders. These orders cannot be resold; therefore, we ask that you please contact us with any questions before making a purchase. In the event we have made an error with your order, we will correct at our own expense.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
If your non-custom order didn’t work out and you would like to exchange it, please contact us within 7 days of the item’s arrival. Exchanged orders must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged, unused, and returned in the original package in order for us to accept an exchange. We DO NOT COVER your shipping back to us. Once the order has arrived and we have inspected it for damage, we will process the exchange.
We don't goof often, but if we do, we will always take care of the issue for you. If for any reason your order is incorrect, please don't hesitate to let us know within 7 days so that we can fix your order ASAP.
USPS is the shipping method used by Life Has Just Begun. We provide tracking with every order. We mail all packages in the most economical way. We ship Monday through Friday (no weekends or holidays).

NEED YOUR ORDER BY A SPECIAL DATE:
Need your order by a certain date? Before ordering, please message email@example.com with your DATE NEEDED. Include your Shipping State and Zip Code to see if we can accommodate your request. We will be able to provide you with a guaranteed “Ship by Date”. However, we cannot guarantee what happens when the package is handed to the Post Office or that your order will arrive by the deadline needed.
ORDERS WITHIN THE UNITED STATES:
We only ship within the United States. We do not offer International Shipping. Ground shipping orders within the US are shipped via USPS and have an estimated delivery time of 2-9 business days depending on location. This does not include the time it takes us to process your order and does not include weekends or holidays. The shipping times listed are “close” but not guaranteed as a number of factors can slow down an order once it leaves our hands (such as weather, the holiday season, etc.) For this reason, we are not responsible for the time in which a package travels once it has been accepted.
IF AN ORDER DOESN’T ARRIVE BY THE EXPECTED DATE:
If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery time, please feel free to let us know via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. A number of factors can influence mail speeds (weather, holidays, etc.) so we may ask that you wait an additional 7 days just in case your order is caught up at a sort facility. If after 7 days your order has not arrived, we will do everything we can to work with you towards a solution.
IF AN ORDER IS MARKED “UNDELIVERED”:
If your address was not entered correctly at the time of purchase, your package may be marked as "Undelivered" and will usually be shipped back to us. Once we receive your returned order, we will request and edited address to re-ship your order. In the event of a reshipment due to an incorrect address, you are responsible for the additional shipping charges.
Processing time for our products vary. Our processing times are listed on the top banner of our Home Page. Processing times are Business Days Monday thru Friday. This does not include Weekends or Holidays. Processing does not include ship time. Shipping is controlled by USPS.
