Custom Embroidery FAQ
· How long does it take to get an order?
The average processing time for most orders is 5-7 business days (excludes Saturday & Sunday).
· What is processing time?
Processing time refers to the amount of time it takes for our staff to make the items to be personalized and does not include the amount of time it takes to reach you once the completed order has left our studio. Please consider the shipping method you chose at checkout to better calculate the entire turn-around time. During busy seasons or holidays, these items can take up to an extra week due to the volume of orders.
· Will I receive a tracking number for my shipment?
Yes! Please allow 12-24 business hours for the postal service to process the package as it must be scanned at the location of departure before you are able to follow the shipment.
· What is your return policy?
Life Has Just Begun custom products or services cannot be returned or exchanged due to the personalized nature of the products and services. However, if the fault is that of Life Has Just Begun, I will replace the item or offer you a refund at my discretion. If your ready-made order arrives damaged or defective, you may return the unused item (after first contacting me) for a refund within 3 days of receiving your purchase, excluding shipping. The customer pays return shipping. Once I have received the item in its original packaging and condition, I will issue a refund of the price you paid for the item. Shipping will not be included in the refund.
· Where is the store?
You have arrived! Life Has Just Begun is an online store based out of Arizona. We currently do not have a physical retail location and we operate exclusively online.

· I want to place a bulk order, do you offer discounts?
Of course! Everyone has a different definition of a bulk order, so please Contact us at 602-743-8094 with the quantity you are looking for, item number and other information that would be needed so we can get you a quote!
· Can I make a change to my order?
If you find an error on your order confirmation, please CONTACT US immediately! Once your order has been moved to processing, we are unable to make any changes to your order.
